We are a dry-hire mobile bar service.

We provide the tap trailer & bartending services, while customers provide the alcohol.

In addition to the tap trailer & kegs, an auxiliary bar is available for rental to serve cocktails & wine.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining 50% + $500 security deposit is due 2 weeks before the event.

The $500 security deposit will be returned within 24 hours of event completion, pending no damages.

We are insured with general & liquor liability insurance, and commercial auto insurance.

2. Let's Connect
We'll reach out using your preferred method of communication within 24 hours to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and tease out the ideal package details.

3. Secure Your Date
Once we've finalized the details—including your package, event date, and beverage menu—we'll send over your proposal, contract, and invoice. A signed contract and 50% deposit officially reserve your date.

4. Final Planning
About one month before your event, we'll reconnect to review the timeline and finalize the game plan. We'll also confirm that your kegs have been ordered and that someone from your party is coordinating keg pickup and delivery to the event.

5. Final Payment
The remaining balance, along with the $500 refundable security deposit, is due two weeks before your event.

6. Event Day
We'll arrive early to handle setup, coordinate with your venue or event planner, and ensure everything is ready before your first guests arrive.

7. Raise a Glass
Relax and enjoy your celebration while we provide polished, professional bar service with exceptional hospitality.

8. We'll Handle the Rest
After the celebration, we'll take care of cleanup, teardown, and trailer retrieval, leaving your venue just as we found it.

9. Deposit Returned
Once the equipment has been inspected and no damages are found, your $500 security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours.
