Hey there! We are Megan & Clare, owners of Slowburn Tappery LLC. We are a women & queer-owned, mobile DRY Hire Bar Business.

We provide a one-of-a-kind bar experience, which includes: 4 tap mobile beverage trailer, certified bartending services, and a polished roadmap from your first inquiry to the final pour.

Our attention to detail and attentive service will create moments that you and your guests will enjoy for years to come!

Please Note: Slowburn Tappery is a dry-hire mobile bar rental. Clients supply their own alcoholic beverages for their event, and we handle the complete bar setup and service. Slowburn Tappery does NOT sell or provide alcohol. We’re happy to assist with keg sourcing, vendor recommendations, and event logistics.

Behind the Taps

With over 15 years of combined experience in hospitality and beverage service, we eventually traded our aprons for laptops and stepped into the corporate world. While this chapter was fulfilling, we never lost our passion for creating meaningful experiences through exceptional hospitality.

When it came time to celebrate our own wedding, we kept things intimate with a backyard ceremony. As we searched for a tap trailer and bar service that felt elevated, intentional, and beautifully designed, we realized the experience we envisioned was hard to find.

That realization became the spark behind Slowburn Tappery.

Today, we blend our business expertise with our love for thoughtful design and genuine hospitality to create an effortless, memorable bar experience for every celebration. From the first conversation to the final pour, our goal is to make your planning feel seamless so you can be fully present for the moments that matter most.
